1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Terrabook's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Terrabook.

2. Description of Services

Terrabook provides AI-powered infrastructure for land companies, including but not limited to: AI voice agents for inbound and outbound calling, marketing and lead generation automation, CRM integration and workflow automation, and operational AI tools. Services are provided on a subscription basis as outlined in your service agreement.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Use our AI voice agents for any unlawful purpose or in violation of telemarketing regulations
• Misrepresent the identity of AI agents as human callers where disclosure is legally required
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute our services without written consent

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Terrabook platform — including AI models, algorithms, software, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by Terrabook and protected by intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property; you grant us a limited license to process it solely for providing our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terrabook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases, and we will provide a reasonable period to export your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
